Ebony Royal started the process with us via a “get to know you” phone call 6 months before we closed on our house. During that time she was always available for questions and discussions. We lived out of town, so she maximized our time while in town devoting long days to showing us the city, its neighborhoods, and MANY houses that we were interested in. She is very client centered and client driven. She is knowledgeable and continues to learn so she is always at the top of her game. I believe she is an excellent negotiator. Even in a sellers market, she is careful to support and protect her buyer. At times we had to pivot and make changes and she was always supportive and understanding. She has an excellent sense of humor and is delightful to be around. Which, in my opinion, is important when making such critical financial and life changing decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again, and I highly recommend her. We got our house when there were at least 15 offers (and some were higher than ours). I don’t think that is just luck, I think it’s Ebony’s professionalism and ability to connect with people. (We actually got two houses with her and ended up with the best home for us!) She brings along an experienced team and refers her clients to professionals who work at the top of their game. We feel fortunate to have been referred to her by a trusted friend.
